I operate at the intersection of supply chain, technology, and capital — as a P&L executive, a builder, and an investor.

At Maersk, I lead a $500M+ heavy bulky last-mile delivery business across North America — managing 90 FTEs, turning around a loss-making division to profitability in three months, and deploying AI-powered tools that are saving $10M annually. Before that, I co-founded Maersk’s first Innovation Center and spent years building the operational and digital infrastructure that powers one of the world’s largest logistics companies.

Outside of Maersk, I’m building AISCHub (a supply chain AI education platform), ShiftSync (a shift handoff app for logistics and warehouse teams), and an AI agency helping small businesses automate operations. I invest through FOG Ventures, Operators Guild, and Gaingels — with 15+ investments focused on supply chain, B2B services, and PropTech.

Maersk (2020 – Current)

VP, NAM Head of Heavy Bulky Shared Services

Led newly created Shared Services group (90 FTEs) to turn around a loss-making $500M+ revenue division. Delivered double-digit million EBITDA swing in 3 months via pricing resets ($30M), tech replacement, and consolidated shared services. Sponsored AI-powered TMS (routing optimization + reconciliation agents) generating $10M in savings. Expanded wallet share with Lowe’s, Wayfair, and Bob’s Discount Furniture by 10–20% (+$25M revenue).

NAM Head of Strategic Operations, Maersk Ground Freight

Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy for the newly created Maersk Ground Freight division. Developed and secured approval for $75M in investment across real estate, equipment, and infrastructure. Reduced Capex by $20M through pool-based asset model. Rolled out new frontline bonus and incentive program tied to actionable KPIs.

Global Head, Digital & Data Innovation Logistics & Services

Lead Digital & Data Innovation efforts within the Logistics & Services (Port to Destination) product family for Maersk globally with support from teams across multiple regions. Topics of interest include employee engagement, computer vision, large language models, pricing engines, and digital twins.

Head, Digital Transformation Warehousing & Distribution & Co-Founder Maersk’s Innovation Center

Co-developed Maersk’s first innovation center (“Maersk Innovation Center”) located in New Jersey City, NJ and lead the Digital Transformation arm of the center. Leveraged off the shelf and proprietary technology to achieve Maersk’s vision of end-to-end supply chain integration.

Head, Corporate Operations & Industrial Real Estate

Oversaw operations and financial activities for Commercial, Product (Real Estate & New Products), IT, Engineering, & Implementation in support of the EVP of Shared Services. Also served as the co-head of real estate for the Maersk Warehousing & Distribution portfolio in North America. ( > 60 locations (DCs, FCs, & Yards) [18M+ sq ft].

Director, Corporate Operations & Chief of Staff

Co-created and implemented a new shared services model in conjunction with Maersk’s acquisition of the company. Served as Chief of Staff and strategy director for the senior executive suite (Operational & Corporate SVPs/President).

One of two corporate leaders responsible for ideation, planning, and execution of continuous improvement projects across the organization. Worked with executive leadership on overall company strategy and modernization of corporate operations.

Manager of Finance, Strategy, & New Center Development

Managed a group of analysts as a part of a strategy and finance team that reports into the office of the CFO of DaVita Kidney Care.

• Served as a subject matter expert and standing member on the Capital Allocation committee - approves in capital spend per year for new center development and improvement.

• Spearheaded a working group that provided recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and COO on how to allocate $XB in capital from a recent divestiture. Resulting analysis lead group to reallocate capital to specific parts of the country and sub-regions.
